Around the farm you will find vegetable gardens and orchards, a greenhouse, a goat pen and a dairy that works with methods that benefit the earth while reducing the environmental impact – all to preserve mother earth and protect the sources of food and nature. And when nature is happy, the food is also tastier: our cheeses at Rom Farm are popular thanks to the care of the goats, excellent living conditions that include a peaceful living space in a nice and clean barn, extended pasture and plenty of fresh food. The cheeses are produced in a sterile room in all seasons – except for the spring season when the goats give birth and we let them be.
In addition, there is a rehabilitation center for mentally challenged people at the farm, in which the rehabilitated engage in a variety of activities in nature and in the clear air. In the greenhouse, the workers grow succulents, and in the carpentry workshop they prepare wooden blocks into which the small plants intended for sale are placed. The rehabilitated integrate into all branches of the economy and thus we uphold the principle of community inherent in the principles of the farm.

What does it mean? That the culinary experience here at Rom Farm is based on “Farm to Table” : fresh and high-quality agricultural produce of fruits, vegetables, milk and cheeses from our agricultural farm and from the surrounding farms.
