Movement next to a break
In recent times, the concept of routine has been said a lot.
Returning to the routine we created earlier, adapting it to the current situation and personal processing that is carried out for everyone in order to get back on track as much as possible.
All of us, each and every one of us, do a tremendous job so that we can put the screens aside and be a supporting shoulder for our family and friends.
Some people have to create this routine as if from 0, who have to learn how to take the small steps in all this madness.
In the first weeks when the magnitude of the disaster began to sink in, we realized that we had to act because there is no more important goal than this.
Out of a deep connection and a desire to provide a meaningful therapeutic solution, we established Balance Israel – a place to breathe.
A therapeutic village that takes care of survivors of the Nova Party, evacuated families and elite unit fighters who leave Gaza and need a place to ground themselves and process everything they’ve experienced.
The village believes that we all have the ability to stop and take a deep breath and that with the help of deep observation we will one day be able to create a routine of one kind or another.
The village is the place to breathe and stop, and for the privilege of taking part in such an important project, we are grateful.
May we know better days than these!
